Uganda Free Zones Authority(UFZA) participated in the panel discussion on Agribusiness value chains at the Uganda – EU Business Forum. Special Economic Zones serve a key role in reversing the trend of substantially relying on the export of raw materials and placing Uganda on a trajectory of value-added production, and total transformation of Uganda’s economy to ensure global competitiveness and market presence of Uganda’s products and services, leveraging on the European Union market.
